Having built a delivery business from the ground up we understand the headaches of running one. When we started our goal was to grow fast but we quickly realized managing customers and drivers can be a big challenge, so we thought there had to be an easier way to run our delivery business. Getting frustrated we looked to use technology to help our business grow but everything was either too complicated or it didn’t do what we wanted. That is when we decided to build RUNNR, a simple platform that manages both customers and drivers, while keeping all delivery information in one place. Moving our operations online helped us to grow to multiple locations and get rid of our delivery note books and paper weight bills for good.
Through the process of building our online platform, we quickly realized other delivery companies had the same/similar problems. Instead of competing with other local delivery companies we felt it was best for the industry for us to help them instead. Using the platform that we have built we believe we will have a larger impact transforming other delivery businesses by simplifying processes to help them grow.
